Lourdes Russa is a Magister Scientiarum in Environment and Ecotourism, graduated from the Universidad Nacional Experimental Francisco de Miranda - Venezuela and holds a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the Universidad Simón Bolívar - Venezuela in conjunction with Cornell University - United States. Has a Professional Certification in Planning and Management of Ecotourism, Metropolitan University. School of Environmental Affairs. San Juan Puerto Rico.
She also has specialized courses in: Sustainability Practices for tourism leaders: Sustainable management of the tourist destination. OAS; Geographic Information System (GIS) & Global Positioning System (GPS); Municipal Planning; Statistics applied to Planning; Environmental Law applied; Environmental Audit for hotels.
Lourdes has received awards such as: International Who's Who of Professionals, as one of the 100 best international professionals for 1999; Was Venezuelan Delegate as Expert in Sustainable Tourism at the Tenth Third Assembly of the World Tourism Organization, held in Santiago, Chile, 1999; She is also accepted as a Scientific Expert in Tourism by AECIT (Spanish Association of Scientific Experts in Tourism) and Top 10 LinkedIn as Consultant Sustainable Tourism, 2016.

Her experience as a Project Consultant is based on the realization of Market Studies, Strategic Marketing Plans, Economic and Financial Feasibility Studies, Permits, Resolution CONFOTUR; Tourism Product Development; The elaboration of Regulations, Regulations Condominium Regulation, Operations Manual, Norms and Procedures; The Development of Tourism-oriented Real Estate Projects; The execution of Feasibility Analysis or Economic Sensitivity of Projects and Business Plans. Also in the Management of Tourist Projects; Evaluation of tourist operations and the Specialized Training in Tourism and Environment.
