In addition to his Business Administration Studies at the Universidad Central del Este, he completed nine years of active participation at Cornell University’s Professional Development programs in Ithaca, New York to become a Certified Hotel Manager.
His introduction to the hospitality industry began with Premier World Marketing-Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic where he occupied several management level positions.
After his experience at Casa de Campo, he joined AMHSA Hotels and Resorts as General Manager of several hotels brands, in where he was awarded “Manager of the Year” and later “Hotelier of the Year” award from the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic.
For almost five years he worked as Vice President of Operations of Coral Hotels & Resorts later named Coral By Hilton. In 2003 he assumes the presidency of Hospitality Solutions Group.
Since 2006 he has been responsible in expanding the company into Central America by opening a branch of the company in Panama and two years later (2008) in Houston, Texas, from where he oversees and manage all the operation of the corporation.

Camilo Hoyos initiated his academic training at the Nassau Community College in NY with complementary studies at the University of the Savana, Colombia. He has diplomas in Customer Service Management, areas of Costs Control in F&B, and Hotel Budgetary Handling in the Externado University of Colombia. He is also certified in coaching from the Panamanian Association of Coaching & Lambert do Brazil.
Over the course of six years, Camilo has held positions as MIS Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Customer Relations Manager in COMCEL S.A. (the largest mobile communications company in Colombia), spearheading different progressive changes.
In the Hotel and Tourism sector he assumed the position of F&B Director of the Victoria Regia Hotel in Bogota. In Phoenix, Arizona, was Banquets Manager and Dining Room Director of Vincent´s on Camelback Restaurant and the Commercial Director for France West, a F&B consulting firm. He has been a Restaurant owner in Bogota and founder partner of the first wine bar in the Colombian capital (The Wine Bar).
Camilo is an experienced lecturer including speaking at Polytechnic Grancolombiano University, UNAPEC in Sto. Dgo., UTESA in Santiago, also at the Telecommunications International Forum and at the 2nd National Sales Convention of All Reps (Wholesale Tourism Agent), among others. His academic experiences includes a position as teacher in the Gastronomy and Restaurants Management faculty at Lasalle College in Bogota.
Currently, he is an active member of the Panamanian Gastronomic Club and an ambassador for the Jamie Oliver foundation.
Camilo has been a writer in a cultural magazine in Barranquilla, Colombia and at the moment, is the editor of the Enófilo, a magazine that specializes in the wine industry and is published in Santo Domingo, D.R.. A wine connoisseur and enthusiastic for over 20 years, he developed for RJ Vineyards in Mendoza, Argentina, a guide that provides a better knowledge and understanding for beginners over wines. Has directed different wine tasting and private and particular gastronomical courses.

Her major in Public Accounting and her Finance specialization have been an important pillar in her professional career, which initiated when she was 19 years old in one of the more important audit and consulting firms globally, Ernst and Young. During her first years she worked in the Financial Audit area, and continued her growth as a Risk Consultant and Internal Auditor. After 14 years in the firm, she achieved her promotion to Partner and later she was promoted as the Leader Partner of the firm´s Advisory Services in Venezuela.
Throughout her career, Carmen has advised a large number of multinationals, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
